Stiiizy acquires 12 California stores of bankrupt chain store company Gold Flora for $25 million

Gold Flora was a well-known chain store conglomerate in California’s legal hemp market. Premium cannabis products at Airfield Supply Co in San Jose, CA. But it declared bankruptcy in March this year due to heavy debt and multiple lawsuits.
Stiiizy purchased leases and licenses for 12 retail stores of Gold Flora for $25 million in an auction on October 23, and the relevant court order has been submitted to the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Stiiizy President Tak Sato stated in an email to SFGATE that “Stiiizy has taken over 12 Gold Flora stores today. This brings the number of our stores in California to 58, and if we add the 3 stores in Michigan, the total is 61.
