The US FDA has issued warning letters to several companies to regulate and legally correct the functionality and advertising language of the products they sell. Request to submit written documents and issue a warning to bear legal consequences.

Point out that theirs products function of advertisment are incorrect guidance and probably against the law. Require the companies provide files to explanation of each step being taken to prevent the recurrence of violations.
